About Burton Green
Burton Green is a civil parish situated in the Warwick district of England. It consists of mostly residential areas surrounded by farmland, a primary school, a pub-restaurant, and a village hall.
Burton Green Church of England Primary School is a small school with about 50 pupils. It has modern classrooms and was built in 1875.
The church is located about 2 miles from Westwood Heath. It is in a gothic style, and was designed by George Scott. The church was built using stone from Lord Leigh's quarry.
There are two water towers considered to be distinctive landmarks. The Tile Hill tower is used to supply water to the Coventry area. The second water tower was used to supply the Kenilworth area, but this one is no longer available. The water is now stored in a large underground reservoir nearby.
